    INGREDIENTS

  • 2 handfuls spinach

  • 1 Medium banana

  • 1 tbsp of ginger

  • 1 tbsp of turmeric 

  • 1 tbsp of Manuka honey

  • ½ cup of almond milk

  • Scoop of ice

How to make

​

Throw it all in your blender and

mix away!

This smoothie is full of greens, is anti-inflammatory, and will give you energy and focus without any of the caffeine crash!
