INGREDIENTS

2 oz blue gin, steeped with white rose tea for two hours

1/2 oz lemon juice
-
1/2 oz St Germain
-
1/4 oz rose-infused simple syrup

Champagne to top
How to make
Put the gin, St Germain, simple syrup, and lemon juice into a shaker with ice, and shake until frosty.
Strain into a coupe glass, top with champagne, and lightly stir!
ROBIN'S NOTE:
Our coupes are decorated with flower petals, using honey to stick them to the glass!
