Healthy, Non-Alcoholic Treats

watermelon chill

  • 1 cup of chopped watermelon

  • 1 handful of mint

  • 1 cucumber (for garnish)

  • Ice

How to make

Blend watermelon, mint, and ice (fill the blender with ice) until smooth. Slice cucumber into wheels. Pour into a glass of your choice and garnish with a watermelon wedge and cucumber wheels!


Strawberry Lime Cucumber Mint Water

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries

  • 1 cup sliced cucumbers

  • 2 limes, sliced

  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves

  • Ice cubes

  • Water

How to make

In a 2-quart pitcher, layer the strawberries, cucumbers, lime, and mint with the ice cubes. Fill the pitcher with water. Let chill for at least 10 minutes. The longer you let chill, the more intense the flavor! Then, enjoy!
