INGREDIENTS

2 oz Empress gin- it’s a beautiful blue gin that turns purple with ice!

1 oz Lemon Juice
-
1/4 oz simple syrup
-
2 Strawberries
-
3-4 Basil Leaves
How to make
Muddle the strawberries and basil in your rocks glass. Add in the lemon juice and simple syrup. Stir to combine, then add ice to your glass.
Using a bar spoon, carefully layer Empress Gin on top. The result is a gorgeous layered drink!
