Heidi's Mint Cookie Shake, inspired by Thin Mints!
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop of “Chris and Heidi’s Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake Powder”
3/4 cup ice (or if you want it really creamy, opt for 1/2 frozen banana)
⅛ teaspoon mint extract
How to make
This one is easy: just combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
This shake has 200 calories and 21g of protein!
I top mine with some fresh mint! Tastes just like a Thin Mint, but healthy!
