4-5 mint leaves
1 cucumber, quartered (save a little for a fresh wheel for garnish!)
½ tablespoon of simple syrup
4 oz Prosecco
How to make
In a glass, add cucumber, mint leaves, simple syrup and muddle together. Add ice and fill with Prosecco. Gently stir and garnish with a fresh cucumber wheel!
