Stress-Melting Turmeric Iced Tea

  • 1 packet of green tea

  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp. turmeric

  • 1 tsp.honey

  • lemon slices, optional

  • Ice

How to make

Add tea bag, cinnamon, turmeric, and honey into a pot. Add 8oz hot water and allow everything to steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bag and allow the mixture to come to room temperature. Pour into an ice-filled glass, and serve with a lemon slice
