Stress-Melting Turmeric Iced Tea
INGREDIENTS

1 packet of green tea

1/4 tsp. cinnamon
-
1/8 tsp. turmeric
-
1 tsp.honey
-
lemon slices, optional
-
Ice
How to make
​
Add tea bag, cinnamon, turmeric, and honey into a pot. Add 8oz hot water and allow everything to steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bag and allow the mixture to come to room temperature. Pour into an ice-filled glass, and serve with a lemon slice

The antioxidants in turmeric reduce the type of stress commonly connected to depression. It also benefits your immune system and digestion!
