Pomegranate Rosemary Soda
1 oz pomegranate juice
1 oz rosemary simple syrup
Club soda to top
Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig
How to make
To make simple syrup; in a small sauce pan, combine 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 cup of water, and 6 rosemary sprigs. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, then remove rosemary sprigs. Next, fill your glass with ice, add pomegranate juice and rosemary simple syrup. Top with club soda and gently stir.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig and enjoy!
