Green Berry Tea
INGREDIENTS

5 green tea bags
-
1 pitcher of water
-
Handful of strawberries, sliced
-
Handful of blueberries
-
Handful of raspberries
-
Handful of blackberries
How to make
​
Add the berries to a large pitcher, and fill with filtered water. Pop in the tea bags and let it all infuse in the fridge for 2-24 hours, the longer the better!

Green tea is a great way to curb bloating, and the antioxidants in berries are great for your lymphatic system
