INGREDIENTS
  • 2 oz mezcal

  • 1 oz lime juice

  • 1/2 oz agave syrup

  • Soda water

For the garnish:

  • 1 lime wheel

  • Sugar

  • Bacardi 151

How to make

Put the mezcal, lime juice, agave syrup into a shaker with ice and give it a shake. Strain into a rocks glass with crushed ice, top with soda, and stir.

 

Now for the garnish, you’re going to pour sugar to fully cover the top of the lime wheel. You’re going to then pour the Bacardi 151 on top, saturating the sugar. You will then place the coated lime on top of the drink as a floating garnish, and carefully use a long lighted match to set the garnish on fire.
