Secret Squad!

Can you believe it’s been 100 episodes already!? It feels like the first episode I did with Jennifer Meyer was just yesterday, and yet, here we are!

I want to start off by saying thank you for coming with me on this journey and giving me the opportunity to share all of these amazing people, and their secrets, with you.

So, to celebrate 100 episodes, I wanted to do a little roundup of some of my most-loved guests throughout the years and share my favorite secrets that they shared with us!

Jennifer Meyer!

Of course, I had to include my inaugural guest, Jennifer!  She told me that no matter what your dream is in life, whether you end up doing it or not, you just need to say it. I loved hearing this, especially in the first episode, because I had so many dreams for IGAS in my head at the time! After hearing her advice, I made sure to say them all out loud, no matter who was listening!

Jerrod Blandino!

Jerrod had me at hello! I knew from the very beginning of our conversation that we were going to be best friends. And I’m so lucky that IGAS was able to bring us together! My favorite secret he shared with me was the importance of keeping your heart open. He explained how it helps you be more vulnerable, feel things differently, and allows you to see the beauty in life, and I just love that.

Aliza Kelly!

I had a BALL with Aliza! I love astrology and she was able to teach me so much more about it than I ever thought possible. I could not believe it when she told me that I could use astrology as a manifestation tool! She taught me that astrology is an entry point into our deepest desires and if we can tap into the ‘truth’ that is in our astrology, we can use that to turn our dreams into reality.

Dr. Marc Dauer!

Dr. Dauer has done so much for me and I was so excited to share him with all of you. I just think he is a genius and I could not believe how much amazing information he shared on the podcast! When he spoke about his process at looking at someone’s genetics in relation to hair loss, I was stunned. He told me that he likes to work backwards, trying to have a patient look their best their whole life, instead of just providing a quick solution to their problem. Hair loss is something that is lifelong, and it needs to be thought of that way instead of something that just requires a quick fix.

Glynis McCants!

Now you all know by now how much I love numbers and numerology, so having Glynis on the podcast was a no brainer. One thing she shared that I will always remember is that we are all vibration. This vibration is the energy we have and how we see it in the world around us.

Tana Amen!

Tana has one of the most remarkable stories of anyone I have ever met. When I think back to our conversation, it gives me full body chills. One of my favorite things that she shared during our conversation was how faith played a major role in her journey to healing. Her faith gave her the tools she needed to get up every day and do the work that needed to be done. The power of knowing there was something out there bigger than herself gave her the strength to grow and heal.

Dr. Amen!

I have been one of Dr. Amen’s biggest fans for a long time. He has dedicated his life to helping others become the healthiest, best, versions of themselves. I love how he makes even the most complicated of subjects easy to understand and interesting all at the same time. When he was on the podcast he told me about the idea of consciously doing things that help your brain, not hurt your brain. Since learning about this concept with Dr. Amen, I take more time to think about how my daily habits and actions have an effect on my overall brain health.

Angie Banicki!

Angie was so much fun to have on the podcast! She is extremely knowledgeable about Tarot cards and I admired her patience in explaining it all to me. One of the best things Angie shared was that tarot cards are more than just predicting the future. It is a way for us to prepare ourselves for a shift in our lives, whether we know what that is or not. I am a big believer in change, and that change is good because it forces us to grow as human beings.

Nicole Faulkner!

I could spend hours and hours talking to Nicole! We had SO much in common and I loved how she called me her ‘second mom’. She is such a talented makeup artist and I get so much inspiration for my own looks based on her work. When Nicole was on the podcast, she told me about how she used to use makeup to hide her insecurities. Now, as she has grown older and more confident, she knows that she doesn’t need a full face of makeup to feel beautiful. I love this message because I think women of all ages can resonate with it. I believe that makeup should be used to accentuate our natural beauty, not to cover up what we feel insecure about.
